The championship round is finally here and I am amped for these games tomorrow! We really, truly have the four best teams in the NFL left and while anything can happen, it's my job to help you try to guess what actually does happen! I'm backing the Bengals and the Eagles to win, but I will also have a lot of action on player props, too.

In this article, I'll be providing my favorite NFL betting picks for the NFL Conference Championship games on Sunday, January 29th. The odds on these bets vary from book to book and are constantly changing. I primarily use FanDuel and DraftKings sportsbooks, but I would strongly encourage you to shop for the best odds at whatever books you use daily. I would also advise checking back later in the week as I may add bets depending on odds changing or specific props becoming available after I first post.

NFL Betting Picks: Player Props for Conference Championships
Jerick McKinnon OVER 27.5 rushing yards (-120)
I was on McKinnon’s passing game work last week and he was surprisingly not utilized. But he did have 11 rushing attempts with Isiah Pacheco getting 12. I think we continue to see those two split the rushing work and both backs were very effective against Cincy in their earlier matchup this season. McKinnon’s number is just a lot lower than Pacheco’s and the odds are better, too.
A.J. Brown OVER 70.5 receiving yards (-130)
I talked about A.J. a lot in my DFS articles this week, but I think he’s primed to bounce back after last week when he was barely used simply because the Eagles didn’t need to use him. He’s an alpha who wants the ball and is going to get open against these Niners’ corners. I think he is the smash play of the weekend and could rival Ja'Marr Chase for the biggest day of any receiver.
Samaje Perine OVER 16.5 receiving yards (-120)
Perine handled most of the passing down work last week and secured five catches for 31 yards. He had a huge game against KC as the lead back during the regular season when Mixon was out, too, and this is just a really low number for a guy who should continue to be utilized heavily in the passing game.
Anytime Touchdown Scorers
Jalen Hurts (+110 DK)
Hurts has been one of the best short-yardage runners in football and teams simply haven’t been able to stop the Philly jumbo formation when he sneaks it and gets pushed from behind by his teammates. Even if he doesn’t score on a sneak, he could easily score on a read option run play or a scramble. I think he’s running one in tomorrow for sure.
Joe Mixon (+100)
Mixon is the goal-line back and finished with 10 TD on the season. They like to throw it to him down in the red zone, too, and he had two receiving TDs this year. His red zone rushing share is the highest of any back in these games.

Ja'Marr Chase OVER 6.5 (-140)
A.J. Brown OVER 4.5 (-165)
Parlay them together at +175
These are my guys this weekend! I like Deebo quite a bit, too, but I am off Kelce’s props as they are all inflated and Cincy is going to be keyed up to try to take him away (and limited him the first time they met).
