Sleeper.com NBA DFS Prop Picks - Over/Under Props for Wednesday, December 6

Trae Young - Atlanta Hawks

Sleeper NBA DFS prop picks for December 6, 2023. Use Jake's NBA over/under props recommendations to win money on Sleeper.

Welcome to our Sleeper NBA DFS prop picks for Wednesday, December 6. The In-Season Tournament has been a massive success. However, last night might have been one of the first major mistakes. It’s good to remember during these times nobody is perfect and these things happen, but when it’s a one game elimination, even simple mistakes are put under the microscope. Realistically, games are rarely won or lost in the final few possessions anyway and it’s hard to ignore two things from that game: Devin Booker having more turnovers than assists and the Lakers starting lineup not named LeBron James scoring a combined 44 points on 46 shots.

Sleeper offers some of the best and easiest-to-win NBA DFS games in the industry. Sleeper DFS works just like regular player prop betting -- there are no large-field tournaments to get lost in. You're not playing against other people; you're just playing against the projections. Here are some of our favorite NBA prop picks for Wednesday’s 11-game slate.

Announcement: We have two awesome new Props Optimizers for the NFL, MLB, NBA, NHL, and NCAA! The PrizePicks Optimizer and Prop Bets Optimizer are both available in our new Props Premium Package, which includes exclusive access to RotoBaller's VIP Discord chat rooms for props and betting.

NBA DFS Props - Over/Under Picks for Wednesday, December 6

Keyonte George OVER 9.5 Rebounds + Assists

The Jazz haven’t been good this season, but Keyonte George has been a revelation. He hasn’t hit this over consistently through his last couple games, but his usage outside of one blowout loss to the Grizzlies has been incredibly high. Not to mention the Mavericks sacrifice a ton of stats to opposing teams as it is. George will get the ball and he has the right tools at his disposal to make this over easily obtainable through assists alone.

Utah doesn’t have the roster to be straying away from one of their best playmakers and the only other player that can really generate offense and collapse defenses is Collin Sexton. The Jazz have no choice but to run a backcourt-heavy offense that relies on spacing from John Collins and Simone Fontecchio, leaving Walker Kessler and Omer Yurtseven to roam the paint freely.

Trae Young OVER 38.5 Points+Assists

Trae Young has surpassed this line in five out of his last seven games with one of those two “failure” games being a 26-point and 10-assist outing in a blowout victory. Young has been one of the most productive players across the league over the last couple weeks and a good chunk of that success is coming from his teammates.

Of course, Young does an excellent job of drawing double-teams, but the Hawks rotational players still need to hit the shots he’s creating for them. As long as Atlanta is putting up well over 120 points per game, Young is somehow going to be responsible for most of it. This is geared up to be one of the highest scoring games of the night and not a single Brooklyn Nets player is looking forward to guarding Trae Young.

Derrick Rose UNDER 7.5 Rebounds + Assists

Grizzlies versus Pistons? Easily game of the year. Jokes aside, games like these are usually a prime opportunity to take the over on some high-minute bench players, but playing bad teams doesn’t automatically give you a boost in every category. Most of the time it just means points will be scored in isolation and everyone getting the chance to create.

Speaking on Derrick Rose specifically, he’s already not likely to be needed as a playmaker seeing how the Grizzlies want him to just keep shooting. There have been a few games where he’s posted a high-number of assists, but even that one instance came in a blowout win against the Jazz. Outside of that, he’s only grabbing rebounds that fall right to him and he should continue his role as the guy that can finish a possession when the time comes.
