ANALYSIS: At the age of 27, former North Carolina Tar Heel Reggie Bullock has earned his way into the core four minute-earners for the Detroit Pistons under head coach Dwane Casey. At 29.7 minutes per game, Bullock is third on the team in floor-time (1.3 minutes above Reggie Jackson) behind only star players Blake Griffin and Andre Drummond. While his forte is certainly scoring (his 12.0 points per game rank fourth on the team, and he has averaged 20.8 points per outing over Detroit's last four games); he is not particularly well-rounded as evidenced by his meager stat line of 2.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.1 blocks per contest. What makes up for this one-trick pony classification is the fact that he sees plenty of minutes and is the most efficient scoring option on the roster. While Blake Griffin leads the team in attempts from long-range with 6.2 per game, Bullock leads the Pistons in downtown conversions with 2.4 out of six attempts for contest, which is good for a three-point percentage of 39.7% which ranks second on the team behind only Henry Ellenson who has attempted just four shots from beyond the arc in two games played.

Speaking even further to his high-level of efficiency on offense is the fact that he ranks second on the team in free-throw percentage with a figure of 87.9% (again, behind only Ellenson's limited sample) and effective field goal percentage (behind Jon Leuer) with a figure of .551, and third on the roster behind Leuer and Griffin in true shooting percentage with a solid mark of .580. He may have only one job on the hardwood (if enough hints haven't been dropped, that job is to shoot and score), but he does that job at an extremely efficient rate. With a coach that knows a thing or two about utilizing sizable forwards from three-point range, Reggie Bullock is an asset of value for the surprisingly contending Pistons as well as fantasy basketball managers.
