PrizePicks Over/Under DFS Props Contests

PrizePicks is a great DFS picks site where you can choose to select plays in terms of fantasy points or single stats. The goal is to build a 2-player, 3-player, 4-player, or 5-player entry and then select whether or not you want to play for the power play or the flex play.

On the power play, you will need to be correct on each of your selections to win, and on the flex play, you will have a little more wiggle room for a chance to win some money back.

Before diving into some solid fantasy score totals this week, we must first cover the PrizePicks scoring format. The format is PPR, which stands for "point per reception," meaning every reception is worth one point.

Rushing and receiving touchdowns are worth six points, and passing touchdowns are worth four points. Each rushing or receiving yard is worth .1, meaning every 10 yards of either is worth one point. Quarterback passing yards are worth .04, which means every 25 passing yards are worth one point.

Deebo Samuel MORE than 54.5 receiving yards

Deebo Samuel and the 49ers passing attack should be in a solid spot for this game against the Eagles. In 2023, Philadelphia has allowed the third-most total receiving yards to the wide receiver position. They have also allowed an average of over 195 receiving yards per game to the position.

While the Eagles have been less-than-stellar against the pass, they have been absolutely stout against the run as noted by the fact that they have allowed the fourth-fewest total rushing yards to the running back position. This tells me that the 49ers' most effective way to move the ball in this game will be through the air, which will certainly benefit Samuel. Deebo has eclipsed this total in all but one game he has played all four quarters in this season.

Rachaad White MORE than 57.5 rushing yards

This could get a bit dicey with Rachaad White; however, I cannot pass up an opportunity to try to exploit this Panthers defense. On the season, Carolina has allowed the fifth-most total rushing yards to the running back position. They have done this by allowing an average of 111 rushing yards per game to running backs.

While White has eclipsed this total in just three games this season, two of those games have come across his last four starts. The Buccaneers are also 5.5-point favorites on Sunday, which should lead to some additional rushing attempts for White. This is good news considering he has averaged 16 carries per game over the previous four weeks.

Jaylen Waddle MORE than 69.5 receiving yards

Jaylen Waddle got back on track in a big way on Black Friday against the New York Jets as he hauled in all eight of his targets for 114 receiving yards. While it was only the second time he had eclipsed 100 receiving yards on the season, he should have another solid shot at it this week against the Washington Commanders.

In 2023, Washington has allowed the most total receiving yards to wide receivers. They have also allowed an average of over 196 receiving yards per game to wide receivers. This is a number that Waddle has eclipsed in four total games this season, including two of his previous four games. He has also averaged over eight targets per game across his previous seven games. He should be heavily involved once again on Sunday.

Amon-Ra St. Brown MORE than 83.5 receiving yards

This play boils down to the fact that Marshon Lattimore has been placed on IR and will not be available to defend the pass against a potent Lions offense. Brown would normally have a tough matchup here, but with the recent news on Lattimore, we can look to exploit New Orleans' pass defense.

This is a relatively soft prop for St. Brown as he has eclipsed this total in five of his previous six games as well as in seven of 10 total games played in 2023. The total on this game is currently set to 46, which is the fifth-highest total on the board. We should see some points put up in this game as well, which could certainly benefit St. Brown.
