Casey Wilson's top DraftKings and FanDuel MLB DFS picks for today, Thursday, 3/27/26. His favorite daily fantasy baseball lineup sleepers and value picks for DFS on DraftKings and FanDuel.
I don't know about you all, but I am so glad that baseball is back. Yesterday was a ton of fun, and although Matthew Boyd put a damper on my day with his one inning of destruction, we got a lot of things right.
As I mentioned yesterday, there are many important factors at play early in the season, and the strategy for building lineups is almost as important as getting the matchups right. I will help guide you through both of these important factors in today’s article.
This article will provide my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 3/27/2026, with the slate starting at 7:07 p.m. ET. The lineup picks will showcase elite players, mid-priced options, and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for other sports here. Monitoring injury news and today's MLB starting lineups is always essential.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Pitcher
Mike Burrows, SP - HOU ($6.5K DK/$7.5K FD)
Mike Burrows has been a very popular write-up among my colleagues in season-long content for RotoBaller, and he gets an incredible matchup in his first start of the season. Burrows will square off against the Los Angeles Angels at home in Daikin Park.
Mike Burrows will start on Friday vs Angels, making him the #2 behind Hunter Brown.

The Angels are an elite matchup as they led baseball in strikeouts last season. They posted a 27.1% K% and a .693 OPS against RHP in 2025. They were even worse in the second half of the season, posting a 29.8% K% and a .652 OPS.
Burrows was very good in his debut season with the Astros. He posted a 3.86 xFIP, 24.1% K, 12.0% SwStr, and a 1.24 WHIP. He improved in the second half of the season, posting a 1.07 WHIP and a 0.82 HR/9.
He is in good form after posting a 1.50 ERA and a 1.06 WHIP this spring. In his last two starts of the spring, he went 77 pitches in both outings. Although I expect him to only throw 85 pitches max, the price is undoubtedly too low for his upside in this matchup.
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Stack
Miami Marlins (Model Stack Grade- 174) vs. Kyle Freeland
The Marlins will host Kyle Freeland and the Colorado Rockies at home this evening. LoanDepot Park is not a place I tend to target bats, but anytime the Rockies are the opponent, we have to consider stacking.
In 2025, Freeland posted a 4.29 xFIP, 17.5% K%, 1.42 WHIP, and a 41.4% Hard Hit. The Marlins struggled a bit in 2025 against southpaws, posting a .656 OPS and an 82 wRC+, but this lineup lines up well against Freeland's splits.
Freeland allowed 20 HRs to RHH in 2025 with a .298 wOBA, .477 SLG, and a 47.9% Hard Hit. The Marlins will send eight righties to the plate against Freeland, and the lone lefty is my favorite target in this stack.
The Marlins are not normally a team I like to stack, but anytime we get a match-up against the Rockies, we have to get some shares of bats against them.
Favorite Stack: Agustin Ramirez, Xavier Edwards, Jakob Marsee, Heriberto Hernandez
DraftKings, FanDuel - MLB DFS Top Hitter
Vladimir Guerrero Jr., 1B - TOR ($5.9K DK/$3.8K FD)
Vladdy gets an elite matchup against Luis Severino and the Athletics in the Blue Jays' home opener. Severino showed reverse splits in 2025, allowing nine HRs, .245 wOBA, .379 SLG, and a 42.4% Hard Hit against RHH.
Vlad hit 23 HRs against RHP in 2025 while slashing .290/.375/.484 against the split. Vladdy crushes sinkers against RHP. In 2025, he had a .358 AVG and a .512 SLG against the pitch from RHP. Severino throws the sinker more than any other pitch to RHH.
