MLB Home Run Player Prop Bets Today: Best Hitter HR Props (6/15/2026)

Nick Kurtz - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Jamie's best MLB player prop bets for today (6/15/2026). Bet his home run props (HR props) and win money betting on MLB player props, including Nick Kurtz, Yordan Alvarez, and others!

GO KNICKS!!!! Sorry, but I had to get that off my chest here since I'm not writing any NBA articles at the present time 🙂 I'm a happy camper this morning, and it also helps that I followed Kevin's Matt Chapman longshot HR prop yesterday (I hope you did too, as it hit at +830!). Today we take a long at a new Monday slate, with ten games on the docket.

Unfortunately, we don't get to play the Vegas game anymore, as the stadium put up R.B.I. Baseball numbers over the last six games. That's OK though, as the Athletics head back to Sutter Health Park which is also offense central (more on that below). Make sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord, as we'll be talking DFS and betting all day!

Below, you'll be able to read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Monday, June 15, 2026. The current odds given reflect the best price as of the time of publication, but remember to always shop around at other sportsbooks so you can get the most value on your home run wagers. Odds can vary significantly from one sportsbook to another.

MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (6/15/2026)

Nick Kurtz OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+247, DraftKings)

Well, we got a taste of Las Vegas baseball for the past six games, where the Athletics will officially be moving in 2028. The result of those six games? 102 runs, 147, hits, 35 homers, and an average score of 17 runs per game. Unless something changes, 2028 will officially mark the end of Coors Field being THE park for betting and DFS play.

The Athletics will go back to their other "home" tonight, which is Sutter Health Park in Sacramento. While you may have a sad face emoji about this, remember that this is also a minor-league park that's a hitter's paradise. Do not be afraid to load up on players from this game (there's an early O/U of 11.5 runs), and Nick Kurtz will be the key bat here.

Kurtz has followed up his rookie campaign with another elite offensive year. He currently has 16 homers, 52 RBI, a .969 OPS, and a 22.4% barrel rate (a number that balloons to 26.9% against righties). Kurtz also (predictably) has a .308 batting average and .626 SLG at "home" this year.

He'll face off against Jared Jones who has K upside, but has struggled mightily against lefties since returning from his long-term injury. He's only faced 33 lefties since returning, but has allowed six XBH, two homers, and a 63% HHR in that time. For a hitter like Kurtz, I'm willing to side with the batter here.

Yordan Alvarez OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+286, DraftKings)

Yordan Alvarez is probably the unquestioned AL MVP at this point with his .324 average, 1.084 OPS, 24 homers, and 54 RBIs. Alvarez continues to blister baseballs with a 23.9% barrel rate and over a 50% HHR over the last ten games, and his numbers are even better this season against righty pitching.

Tonight Alvarez will take aim at Troy Melton who has succeeded in limiting hard contact to lefties, but also does not miss bats in the least (13.9% K rate, 11.5% on the road). The Astros have an implied run total (IRT) pushing 5.5 runs, and Alvarez should be center stage for that.

Since returning from injury, all Alvarez has done against righty pitching is destroy them for a .450 wOBA, .323 ISO, and 186 wRC+. The fact that he isn't THE favorite of the day to homer if enough to recognize that the odds you're getting on DraftKings are wonderful. I'd even like pairing him with Kurtz to get a solid little two-man parlay tonight (don't make a habit of that)
