Team Penske's Joey Logano will start fourth for this week's All-Star Race at North Wilkesboro Speedway. Logano nabbed the high starting position after his result from the second of two heat races on Saturday night, where he started third and then finished as the runner-up to Christopher Bell. In two previous All-Star appearances at North Wilkesboro, Logano has two top-10 finishes, including a dominating win in last year's All-Star race, where he led 199 of 200 laps. After 12 races so far this year, Logano has one win, three top-10 finishes, and an average finish of 17.3. Logano's starting position is towards the front, meaning that he has little upside from his starting position. Considering how well he's done at this track and other short tracks in the past, he is worth rostering, particularly in tournament lineups, but is capable of competing for the win like he did during last year's All-Star race.--Sean Engel - RotoBaller
