Travis Swaggerty Recalled From Triple-A Indianapolis
3 years agoPittsburgh Pirates outfielder Travis Swaggerty has been recalled from Triple-A Indianapolis on Sunday. The news was first reported on Saturday and the move was made official on Sunday, prior to the start of the Pirates game against the Diamondbacks. The former 2018 first-round pick has put together a nice season at the minor-league level, slashing .280/.362/.439 with four home runs, 22 RBI, and five steals for Triple-A Indianapolis. He isn't starting for Pittsburgh on Sunday but could make his debut as a pinch-hitter in the contest. He should be added in deeper mixed and NL-only leagues.
