Free-agent wide receiver Ryan Switzer had a tryout with the team on Tuesday. The 27-year-old hasn't played an NFL snap in two seasons. Through three seasons, Switzer has 67 receptions, 537 receiving yards, and one touchdown in 41 games. The speedy wideout isn't viewed as anything more than a depth player. Although, the Panthers don't exactly have a stacked group of wide receivers. Despite that, it's unlikely that Switzer does enough to warrant rostering in any fantasy formats, assuming he makes the team.--Andy Webb
