Peyton Burdick Doing Well In Triple-A
3 years agoMiami Marlins outfield prospect Peyton Burdick went 2-for-4 with a walk and two strikeouts for Triple-A Jacksonville on Tuesday. The 25-year-old is now hitting .234 with seven home runs, 20 RBI and six stolen bases. Burdick has a knack for hitting the ball hard and also isn't shy about trying to swipe a bag. With the Marlins offense struggling, there is a chance that Burdick could see time in the big leagues during the 2022 campaign. If he were to get a promotion, he would make for an intriguing waiver-wire pickup in redraft leagues. Now is the time for dynasty managers to start monitoring his progress before it's too late.
