3 years agoDenver Broncos tight end Noah Fant heads into a Week 8 matchup against the Washington Football Team as the 10th-ranked fantasy tight end through seven weeks with 35 receptions on his 49 targets for 312 yards and three touchdowns. Fant has the sixth-most targets among TEs, the fifth-most catches and ranks eighth in yards, so he's clearly a TE1 in terms of fantasy at the weakest position. But his seven targets per game may take a hit with wide receiver Jerry Jeudy (ankle) returning from Injured Reserve this week against the Washington Football Team. And Fant's 7.80 yard-per-catch mark leaves a lot to be desired, but he will remain a midrange TE1 against a Washington defense that has allowed the 10th-most fantasy points per game to the position in the last three weeks.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
