Arizona Coyotes forward Nick Schmaltz had his seventh goal in nine games when the team took down Nashville 4-1 on Thursday. He wrapped up the scoring with an empty-netter late in the game. Schmaltz has finished without a goal just four times across his last 14 appearances and is now sitting on 21 markers for the whole campaign. He has added 25 assists in 41 games during a prolific season. It looks to be only a matter of time until Schmaltz breaks his current record of 23 goals in a season and moves to a point-per-game pace. He has never been a point-per-game guy before and should be highly motivated by the opportunity to get there this season.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
