Moses Brown Set For Wrist Surgery
4 months agoThe Portland Trail Blazers announced on Monday that further advanced imaging on center Moses Brown's (wrist) injured left wrist demonstrated a non-displaced fracture of his scaphoid. Surgery is planned for this week, and a timeline for a return will be determined once the procedure is completed. It's rough timing for the Blazers, who continue to be without starting big man Deandre Ayton (knee). Portland is going to need Jerami Grant to handle more playing time at the five for the time being, while Duop Reath is representing the most popular waiver-wire add in Yahoo fantasy leagues on Monday. In eight games without Ayton this season, Reath is supplying 12.0 points, 6.3 rebounds, and 1.8 three-pointers per game and dropped a 15-point, 13-board double-double in 41 minutes during Sunday's road win over the Brooklyn Nets.
