Marlon Mack Won't Play In Season Finale
2 years agoDenver Broncos running back Marlon Mack (hamstring) will not play in the Week 18 regular season finale against the Los Angeles Chargers due to a hamstring injury that he suffered on the opening kickoff in the Week 17 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, according to a source. He was officially placed on Injured Reserve on Tuesday. Mack's 66-yard touchdown on a screen pass three weeks ago shows that he's made it back, and he could be a part of the team's backfield next year. The 26-year-old won't enter the 2023 season on the fantasy radar if he stays in Denver, but he'd be valuable for depth. In eight games in 2022 (two with the Niners), Mack finished with 16 carries for 84 yards and a touchdown while adding eight catches on 10 targets for 99 yards and another score.
