Unsurprisingly, San Francisco Giants manager Bob Melvin announced right-hander Logan Webb as the team's Opening Day starter on March 27 against the Cincinnati Reds. Webb has made at least 32 starts for the Giants in each of the last three seasons and is coming off his first All-Star appearance after going 13-10 with a 3.47 ERA (2.95 FIP) and 1.23 WHIP with 172 strikeouts and 50 walks in a league-high 204 2/3 innings covering 33 starts. The 28-year-old will have a difficult challenge on his hands in Cincinnati in a hitter-friendly ballpark, so he probably won't be thrown in too many DFS lineups. Webb is the only pitcher in baseball to exceed 200 innings each of the last two years, but his below-average 22.0% career strikeout rate makes him more of a No. 3 fantasy starter rather than an ace. He's still on the right side of 30, but his heavy workload over the last three years could start taking its toll sooner than later.--Keith Hernandez
