Lamar Miller, David Sharpe Heading Back To Washington
4 years agoThe Washington Football Team re-signed veteran running back Lamar Miller and veteran offensive tackle David Sharpe to undisclosed one-year deals on Wednesday. Miller, 29, played in just one game for the Chicago Bears in 2020 before being signed and then released by the New England Patriots. He latched on with Washington but never played in a game. Miller is recovered from his 2019 knee injury and will be looking to find some playing time behind starter Antonio Gibson. He's unlikely to have much fantasy appeal, if any. The Raiders traded Sharpe to Washington last year and he appeared in 10 games (two starts). The fourth-round pick by the Raiders in 2017 has appeared in 34 career games and has started six of them in four NFL seasons.
