Colorado Rockies starting pitcher Kyle Freeland bounced back on the mound during Thursday's outing against the Houston Astros. Freeland got off to a rough start by allowing three runs over the first two innings. After that, Freeland settled down and threw four scoreless innings. He finished this outing with three earned runs on six hits with two walks and two strikeouts over six innings of work. He exited the game with the lead, but sadly the bullpen blew it, so Freeland gets a no-decision here. He'll take a 5.49 ERA, 1.58 WHIP, and 61/20 K/BB ratio into this next start against the Boston Red Sox. Freeland won't be a recommended streaming option for that one.--Andy Webb
