Winnipeg Jets left wing Kyle Connor has been the leading scorer for his team in these playoffs and will be counted on to perform at a high level again in Saturday's Game 6 against the Dallas Stars. He has been outstanding in previous elimination games in his career, recording 11 points (two goals, nine assists) across nine outings, including two assists in Thursday's 4-0 win against Dallas. This has given him a three-game point streak in the series. In total, Connor has put up 16 points (five goals, 11 assists) in 12 playoff appearances in 2025. Blake Wheeler (21) and Mark Scheifele (20) are the only players in franchise history to have been more productive during a single postseason campaign.

Logan Stankoven Racks Up Three Points in Big Win
Carolina Hurricanes forward Logan Stankoven factored in three goals during Sunday's dominant 7-0 victory over Winnipeg. He had one goal and two assists, including a power-play helper. Pyotr Kochetkov Wins 10th Consecutive Start
Carolina Hurricanes goaltender Pyotr Kochetkov remained undefeated on Sunday against Winnipeg, recording a 26-save shutout in a 7-0 victory. He set a new franchise record with a 10-game winning streak, becoming only the ninth netminder born outside North America to win 10 consecutive starts. After missing almost the entire 2025-26 campaign, Kochetkov was a fantasy afterthought heading into this season. Forward Matthew Wood was traded from the Nashville Predators to the Seattle Kraken on Sunday in exchange for forward Shane Wright. The Predators decided to part ways with Wood after seeing his game stagnate this season. After a 30-point campaign, he's totaled only three points (one goal, two assists) in 14 games. Wright has also struggled to find form, so this transaction could benefit everyone involved.
