Kole Calhoun Honors Tyler Skaggs After Home Run
5 years agoLos Angeles Angels outfielder Kole Calhoun went 2-for-4 with a two-run home run in the Angels emotional 9-4 win over the Rangers. Calhoun hit his 18th home run of the season and pointed to the sky at home plate in honor of the tragic passing of teammate Tyler Skaggs. It has been a tough few days for the team but found a way to secure a win. Calhoun is hitting only .229 this season after posting a .191 mark in June but is slashing .295/.408/.590 with runners in scoring position. The slugger is currently on pace to hit a new career mark in home runs, the only dimension of Calhoun's game worth considering in fantasy right now.
