Montreal Canadiens left wing Juraj Slafkovsky has been suspended for two games. The 18-year-old sent Detroit's Matt Luff flying face-first into the boards with a hit from behind late in the third period in Tuesday's 3-2 win. Slafkovsky was given a major penalty and game misconduct for boarding, and he has now received his first career suspension after playing in only 10 games. He will be eligible to return in next Tuesday's matchup against New Jersey. The top pick of this year's draft has been skating on the fourth line for Montreal, averaging just a little over 11 minutes per game. Slafkovsky has been able to get three goals in limited action but no assists.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
