Jordan Lawlar Walks It Off In Incredible Showing

Arizona Diamondbacks shortstop prospect Jordan Lawlar was instrumental in an 11-run comeback win for Double-A Amarillo. Lawlar hit a walk-off single in a 2-for-6 showing that included a home run, three strikeouts, and four RBI. The 20-year-old is slashing .232/.353/.482 with four home runs, 12 RBI, and six stolen bases through 20 games this season. The Texas native's elite power, speed, and defense have propelled him to superstar prospect status with several top-15 rankings. However, his 26.5% K rate and three strikeouts on Wednesday creates concern regarding his hit tool. He is unlikely to reach the majors this year but should be rostered in all dynasty leagues.
