Jonatan Berggren Continues To Impress
2 years agoDetroit Red Wings winger Jonatan Berggren scored the team's only goal in Thursday's 5-1 loss to Florida, netting on the power play in the second period. The 22-year-old was playing in only his 13th career game and it's his fourth goal. Berggren, who tallied seven points in seven AHL appearances this season before getting the call-up to the big league, has also had five assists, so his NHL career is off to an encouraging start. The nine points in 13 games look particularly impressive if you consider the fact that Berggren is only logging fourth-line minutes for the team and isn't on the top power-play unit either.
