New York Jets wide receiver Jeff Smith was basically a non-factor in the Week 8 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs. This offense was without Jamison Crowder (groin) and Breshad Perriman (head), so Smith saw plenty of targets. Sadly, he was only able to haul in three of his eight targets for 29 yards in the loss. Smith continues to fail when the ball is thrown his way. The Jets continue to give him chances for some reason, but fantasy owners shouldn't bother looking at him.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
