Evan Lee To Start For Nationals Wednesday
3 years agoWashington Nationals manager Davey Martinez announced Tuesday that left-handed pitcher Evan Lee will start Wednesday's game at the Mets, per MASNsports.com's Mark Zuckerman. The 24-year-old has a 3.60 ERA, 1.33 WHIP, and 29.4% strikeout rate over seven starts with Double-A Harrisburg. Despite his good numbers, Lee will draw a very difficult first career start and should be avoided by all fantasy managers. Pitcher Francisco Perez was optioned to Triple-A Rochester in a corresponding move.
