Evan Engram Dealing With Sprained MCL

New York Giants tight end Evan Engram is dealing with a sprained MCL after Sunday's loss to Minnesota. With the Giants playing on Thursday, Engram seems unlikely to play. His absence would be a major hit to an offense that will likely not have Saquon Barkley and just lost Sterling Shepard to another concussion. It makes Daniel Jones an even less appealing starting option against the Patriots. Rhett Ellison will likely start at tight end for the Giants but is not a recommended pick-up. The one Giant who is likely to see a boost is Golden Tate, who will likely see more targets over the middle of the field, where star corner Stephon Gilmore doesn't often travel. Tate is on the radar as a high-end WR3.
