1 year agoThe New York Mets have called up right-hander Denyi Reyes from the minors in order to make a spot start in Game 1 of Saturday's doubleheader against the division-rival Atlanta Braves. This will be only Reyes' second start for the Mets this year and only his third major-league start. In his only other start this year, Reyes allowed a season-high five earned runs on five hits (two home runs) while walking one and striking out one in just one innings against these same Braves back on May 1. Hopefully the 26-year-old can fare better than that this time around, but fantasy managers should look elsewhere for a streaming option on Saturday's slate.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
