3 years agoThe Minnesota Vikings have signed free-agent wide receiver Dede Westbrook to a contract for this season. Westbrook has played his entire career for the Jaguars and is coming off a season where he played in only two games after tearing his ACL. The 27-year-old averaged 66 receptions for 688.5 yards the two seasons previous with eight touchdowns. If healthy, Westbrook could add an intriguing slot dynamic, playing alongside breakout star Justin Jefferson and veteran Adam Thielen. His fantasy value, however, will struggle to ascend above a WR6/7 when draft time comes around. UPDATE: head coach Mike Zimmer said that Westbrook is "ready to go" in training camp after suffering his ACL injury last October.--Joey C - RotoBaller
