Atlanta Falcons wide receiver Darnell Mooney (hamstring) was limited in practice all week, but has been cleared from the injury report ahead of Sunday's game against the Miami Dolphins. Mooney was able to play in Week 7 after not practicing on Friday of last week, so his limited participation in practice this week is a positive sign. It also appears that veteran Kirk Cousins will be the starting QB for the Falcons on Sunday, with Michael Penix Jr. (knee) recovering from a bone bruise. It's been a quiet season for the 27-year-old wideout when he has played this season, catching 10 of 21 targets for 147 yards in four games. In 14 games with Cousins last season, Mooney averaged almost seven targets per game, posting four receptions for 62 yards on average to go with five total touchdowns. He's ranked as RotoBaller's WR36 in PPR for Week 8, making him a solid flex play in a good matchup.--Kyle McCarthy
