San Jose defenseman Brent Burns just does not score as many goals as he used to. Burns delivered one on Thursday as the Sharks outlasted the Philadelphia Flyers in overtime. The tally by the defenseman was just his third on the season in 32 games. Even with the goal, Burns is still just shooting at a rate of 3.5%. The defenseman has not shot this poorly since his final year in Minnesota (2010). Father Time may be soon catching up to the almost 37-year old blueliner but that shot is still fast.
