Alex Collins Won't Play Against Rams
3 years agoSeattle Seahawks running back Alex Collins didn't test out of the COVID-19 protocols and is officially out on Tuesday against the Los Angeles Rams to close out Week 15 action. Collins tested positive for the virus last Thursday, but it didn't matter that the game was rescheduled from Sunday to Tuesday. Even if Collins had tested negative and been cleared, he likely wouldn't have had a big enough role in the backfield to have standalone fantasy value. Rashaad Penny ran for over 100 yards and two touchdowns in Week 14 against the Houston Texans and has earned lead-back duties for at least another week. Unless the Seahawks add Adrian Peterson to the active roster for Tuesday's game, it will be only Penny and DeeJay Dallas as the RBs against LA.
