Adam Humphries Has A Leg Up On No. 3 Job
3 years agoWashington Football Team wide receivers Terry McLaurin and Curtis Samuel are expected to each have more than 100 targets this year, while NBC Sports Washington's JP Finlay thinks that Adam Humphries will be the No. 3 wideout and get around 60 targets. The 28-year-old disappointed in his final season with the Tennessee Titans, playing in just seven games and finishing with 23 catches for 228 yards. With McLaurin and Samuel taking plenty of attention away on the perimeter, Humphries could thrive in the slot with veteran quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick at the helm. With an ADP over 130, Humphries will likely go undrafted in standard-sized leagues, but he could become an early season waiver wire priority.
