A.J. Alexy Limits The Damage On Tuesday
A.J. Alexy was rocked during each of his last two starts, but looked much better versus the Los Angeles Angels. On Tuesday, he went five innings, three hits allowed, two earned runs, two walks, and two strikeouts in the 5-2 win. He was solid through five frames and his only mistake was a two-run home run to Max Stassi. He'll finish the season with a 4.70 ERA and 17/17 K/BB ratio over 23 innings. Alexy will likely have to earn a spot on the roster in spring training next season.
