NFL Underdog Predictions - Today's DFS Prop Picks for Monday, September 25, 2023

Puka Nacua - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Today's Underdog NFL DFS prop picks for Monday, September 25, 2023 by Josh Costello. Use his NFL over/under props recommendations to win money on Underdog.

Happy Monday, RotoBallers! Welcome to our Underdog Fantasy NFL DFS prop picks for Monday, September 25, 2023. Welcome to our brand new NFL DFS series covering Underdog Fantasy contests! We will continue to focus on the NFL DFS props offered on Underdog called Higher/Lower (Over/Under).

Higher/Lower is traditional over/under DFS prop picks – whether you think player will score Over or Under the set lines, and choosing your amount. You can parlay multiple picks together to vastly increase the juice (e.g., three picks = 6x your bet). Underdog Fantasy offers some of the industry's best and easiest-to-win NFL DFS games. At Underdog Fantasy, you're not playing against other people – you're just playing against the projections.

Announcement: We have two awesome new Props Optimizers for the MLB, NBA, NFL, NHL, and NCAA! The PrizePicks Optimizer and Prop Bets Optimizer are both available in our new Props Premium Package, which includes exclusive access to RotoBaller's VIP Discord chat rooms for props and betting.

Baker Mayfield, 0.5 Total Fumbles (LOWER)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield faces the Philadelphia Eagles in one of the two Monday night games. Mayfield fits in quite well with his new team, going 2-0 in his first two games. The Eagles will be the first real test for this offense. Mayfield has a history of fumbling, but I expect ball security will be a priority for him in a difficult matchup.

Joe Mixon, 94.5 Rush + Rec Yards (LOWER)

Cincinnati Bengals running back Joe Mixon faces the Los Angeles Rams in the other Monday night game. The Bengals are favored by two points in this contest, but there are questions surrounding the offense, and the Rams have played well through two games. If the Bengals continue to struggle, the Rams could pull out to an early lead and force the Bengals to be more pass-heavy. Mixon could struggle to reach 95 total yards.

Trey Palmer, 18.5 Receiving Yards (LOWER)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Trey Palmer faces the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday. Through two games this season, Palmer has totaled 28 receiving yards on three receptions. The Bucs receiver has been targeted five times this season, good for 2.5 targets per game and 5.6 yards per target. Palmer is buried in the depth chart and is, at best, the fifth option in the passing game. Palmer will have difficulty demanding targets with more talented pass catchers in the offense.

Matthew Stafford, 254.5 Passing Yards (HIGHER)

Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford faces the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday. The Rams have looked better than expected on offense, mainly due to the emergence of rookie wide receiver Puka Nacua. Stafford has averaged 320.5 passing yards per game through the first two weeks and should continue that trend if the Bengals offense improves in Week 3.

Puka Nacua, 64.5 Receiving Yards (HIGHER)

Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua faces the Cincinnati Bengals on Monday. Nacua's career is off to a historic start, bringing in 25 receptions on 35 targets in two games. The absence of Cooper Kupp has allowed the rookie wide receiver to emerge as the top option in the Rams passing attack. Nacua has eclipsed 118 receiving yards in both games and should easily collect 65 yards through the air.

Rachaad White, 69.5 Rush + Rec Yards (HIGHER)

Tampa Bay Buccaneers running back Rachaad White faces the Philadelphia Eagles on Monday. White totaled 103 rushing and receiving yards last week against the Chicago Bears. White's involvement in the passing game makes this an exciting prop to target. Not only has White had 17 rush attempts in both weeks, but he has also collected seven receptions on seven targets for 40 yards. I expect White to have plenty of opportunities to reach 70 rushing and receiving yards.
