NFL DFS: Seahawks vs. 49ers DraftKings, FanDuel Daily Fantasy Football Picks - TNF Showdown Slate (Week 6)

Jordan Mason - Fantasy Football Waiver Wire, Draft Sleepers, Draft Rankings

Today's top NFL DFS lineup picks for DraftKings, FanDuel -- Seahawks vs. 49ers TNF showdown slate for Week 6 (October 10, 2024). Koby's NFL daily fantasy sleeper picks.

We are back again, RotoBallers! Last week was killer! The London game followed closely to what I had in the article last week, and I finished up quite nicely, finishing in the top 10 in a few tournaments. I would have taken it down if I switched Aaron Rodgers and Garrett Wilson at captain. We have been on a bit of a hot streak, so hopefully, we can continue that trend into tonight's matchup.

Thanks to today's advanced analytics, I'll do my best to provide you with as much in-depth analysis as possible regarding positional matchups, etc., to help put some lunch money in your pocket. Let's make some cash this season! This week, we get a solid matchup between a couple of NFC West teams as Geno Smith and the Seattle Seahawks take on Brock Purdy and the San Francisco 49ers.

I will provide you with daily fantasy football picks on FanDuel and DraftKings for the Seahawks vs. 49ers NFL DFS showdown slate for Thursday, October 10, 2024. These NFL DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on both DraftKings and FanDuel. MVP/Captain - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Jordan Mason - RB, $15.3K (DK), $15.5K (FD)

Key Stats

  • 2024 Stats: 536 rushing yards, three rushing touchdowns, seven receptions, and 66 receiving yards

Jordan Mason has been an elite running back to replace Christian McCaffrey so far this season. The 49ers were lucky to have someone as talented as him on the bench. He gets a great matchup against the Seahawks, who give up the seventh-most rushing yards to opposing RBs and have given up four rushing touchdowns. The 49ers have used Mason as a workhorse and I expect that to continue until CMC comes back.

Geno Smith - QB, $13.8K (DK), $14.5K (FD)

Key Stats

  • 2024 Stats: 1,466 passing yards, five passing touchdowns, four interceptions, 146 rushing yards, and one rushing touchdown

I feel that, in this game, the Seahawks could be playing from behind. Geno Smith becomes a perfect option for the captain spot if that's the case. The team goes full passing mode when it is behind, and as shown last week, Smith had 40 passing attempts.

He has done that three times this season and finished with 20+ fantasy points. He has a tough task against a stifling defense, but if the Seahawks want a chance in this game, Smith will have to get the ball out quickly.

Other Captains/MVPs: DK Metcalf, Deebo Samuel Sr.

Flex Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Deebo Samuel Sr. - WR, $8.8K (DK), $12.5K (FD)

Key Stats

  • 2024 Stats: 20 receptions, 200 receiving yards, and two touchdowns

Deebo Samuel has been a bit hit-and-miss this season, but after a rough week, he has a chance to bounce back against a team in which he has consistently played well in the past. Just in their last matchup, he had 149 yards on seven receptions with a touchdown. The Seahawks have a few defensive players out as well, including Tariq Woolen. I'm expecting Samuel to get back on track for the rest of the season here.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba - WR, $7K (DK), $10K (FD)

JSN has been a bit underwhelming this season fantasy-wise, but the targets are there, as he is second on the team with 40. He also leads his team in red-zone targets this season. The Seahawks will likely be playing from behind, which should lead to more passing in general. The Seahawks can be tough, though, as all three WRs are capable of having a great night, so I would make sure to get a little bit of each.

Other Flex Options: George Kittle, Brandon Aiyuk, Brock Purdy

Value Plays - NFL DFS Lineup Picks

Jason Myers - K, $5K (DK), $8.5K (FD)

The value of this slate is terrible. Pretty much everyone of any fantasy use is $8K or more on this slate. If the Seahawks can get across the field, they could get held up in the red zone, which could lead to Jason Myers being a solid option for field goals. He has been a little rough this year, missing a couple of field goals, but he has finished with 10+ fantasy points in three of five games this season.

San Francisco - D/ST, $4.2K (DK), $8K (FD)

The 49ers defense has been solid in the last few weeks, finishing with 11 and 22 fantasy points, respectively. Smith has thrown four interceptions and fumbled once, and Metcalf has fumbled twice this season. If this game gets out of hand early, Smith will be throwing the ball, and if he gets careless at all, this could lead to the defense getting a solid score. The value is lacking on this slate, especially on FanDuel, so a balanced lineup may be the way to go.

Other Value Plays: Noah Fant

Enjoy your night and good luck, everyone!
