NBA Weekly Streamers for Week 10 (Dec 17 - Dec 23)

Dear streamers, we're back with a longer look into Week 10 of NBA fantasy basketball. If his schedule is poor, cut that lonely dude at the end of your bench. You know you're not going to play him unless you have to, and on the days he plays, a ton of other players play as well so he will just be sad seeing everyone else picked in front of him. If you love something, you have to set it free.

In his stead, you can stream some players who will play on those days when you desperately need them to. And, lord knows, there are a few such days coming up.

Let's see which teams will help you fill your starting rosters on those scarce game-days, and which players could make the difference in your matchup for next week. Here are our Fantasy Basketball Streamers for Week 10.

Featured Promo: New Novig users get a $25 purchase match (50% discount up to $25) on your first Novig deposit, and 6 free months of RotoBaller's "Big-4" Premium Pass (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL) which includes exclusive tools for Betting, Props, DFS and more! CLAIM IT NOW

Baller Streaming Strategy for Week 10

As we already mentioned Tuesday has just four games and Thursday two, so it is clear that those will be the toughest days to field a decent team. Only Dallas plays on both these days. Furthermore, they play on Saturday that has the third-fewest games this week with seven, and have another game on Sunday as well. It is clear that their players should be at the top of your streaming lists.

Other teams that play at least two games on these three days are Denver, Houston, LA Clippers, Miami and Washington. They all play on Saturday and on either Tuesday or Thursday. Players from these teams will also be subjects of our focus for next week's streaming. Do beware of the Nuggets though, as they only play two games this week in total.

Player Recommendations

Shallower League Add

Wesley Matthews, SG/SF, DAL, (50% Owned) - Strong Cats: 3PM, PTS

Wes hasn't been the same guy he was back in Portland since he came to Dallas. But he has reminded us why Dallas signed him to a lucrative deal in the last three weeks. He strung together eight double-digit scoring games before cutting the streak in his penultimate game. He scored in double digits again in his last outing though, so it seems his slump is officially over.

His season averages of 14.8 PTS with 2.3 3PM on 43.0 FG% and 76.3 FT%, 2.5 REB, 2.3 AST, 0.8 STL, 0.2 BLK, and 1.2 TO in 31 minutes per game is exactly what you can expect from him. Not too flashy, but taken into consideration Dallas' great schedule nest week, Matthews is a prime streaming candidate. He is especially valuable to teams in need of scoring and threes, that wouldn't mind too much if Wes screwed with their field goal percentage.

Deep League Add

Kelly Olynyk, PF/C, MIA, (34% Owned) - Strong Cats: REB, 3PM, FT%, PTS, a bit of everything

Olynyk has had a rough start to the season. Well, actually, he has been quite fluky for about the first month and a half. He has had more single- than double-digit games in that period, even going scoreless twice. But then December came, and it's as if Kelly was just waiting for that. Since his game against the Pelicans on Dec 1, the Canadian has scored in double digits in eight games in a row, not having less than 13 points in any of them.

In the last 14 days, he is returning top-65 value according to Yahoo, and what's got him there are his averages of 14.9 PTS with 2.3 3PM on 42.9 FG% and 80.0 FT%, 6.4 REB, 3.0 AST, 1.1 STL, 0.7 BLK, and 1.6 TO in almost 27 minutes per outing during that period.

Hassan Whiteside was away due to the birth of his child, but even with him back, Kelly did great in his last game. He scored 18 points on 5-of-9 from the field (4-of-7 from beyond the arc) and 4-of-5 from the free throw line, adding five boards, five assists, a steal and a block to make his fantasy owners ecstatic. He did have two turnovers, but after such a performance, who cares!?

Olynyk is in terrific form, and if he is available in your league, he can be of great help to your efforts to win your next-week's matchup.

Insanely Deep League Add

Jalen Brunson, PG, DAL (3% Owned) - Strong Cats: PTS, STL, AST

Jalen Brunson is the living proof of the wise words from the popular movie "Field of dreams". "If you build it, he will come." Brunson was training, waited for the opportunity and - it came. And he is definitely making the most of it.

In the last five games, he is playing over 26 minutes a night and averaging 12.0 points with 0.6 threes on 60.0% from the field and 56.3% from the charity stripe, adding 1.2 rebounds, 3.4 dimes, 1.4 steals, no blocks and 0.6 turnovers. Not too shabby for a guy who can be had in the large majority of leagues.

The 33rd pick of this years draft has an additional "rookie appeal", as we probably haven't seen his best yet. And, as Brunson demonstrated already this season...it will come.
