Recommended DFS plays for NBA action on 4/1:

Deron Williams Nets 2PG: Deron Williams ($14,326): After a dismal game on Sunday, Williams should be primed for a big game against Jeremy Lin and the Rockets.  Over the past two weeks, he's averaged 18.1 points, 5.4 assists, 3.5 rebounds and 1.6 steals.  Those are solid number, and when combined with the poor defense of Lin, Williams should have a huge night.  In their last game, the Rockets allowed Chris Paul to go for 30 points, 12 assists and 5 rebounds.  Expect a similar line tonight from the Brooklyn point guard.

Featured Promo: New Novig users get a $25 purchase match (50% discount up to $25) on your first Novig deposit, and 3 free months of RotoBaller's "Big-4" Premium Pass (NBA, NFL, MLB, NHL) which includes exclusive tools for Betting, Props, DFS and more! CLAIM IT NOW

SG: Wesley Matthews ($9,715): Although he has not been spectacular, Matthews has been pretty consistent with 11 straight games in double-figure scoring.  Over the past few weeks, he is only putting up 2.4 assists and 2.0 rebounds a night, but those should increase tonight against the Lakers.  Los Angeles is giving up just short of 109 points a game, so Matthews should have plenty of opportunity in his almost 34 minutes a game.

SF: Paul Pierce ($11,277): The Truth has been playing some of his best basketball over the past few games.  He has over 20 points in three of his past four outings, while also pulling down at least four rebounds in nine of the Nets last 11 games.  Pierce has only been playing around 27 minutes a night, which limits his value, but he has played over 30 in three of the past five nights.  In what should be a high-scoring affair, Pierce should be a great all-around play.

PF: Draymond Green ($9,302): With both David Lee and Andrew Bogut out, Green has seen 32 minutes in each of the past two games.  In those games, he has a combined 16 points, 14 rebounds and 4 blocks.  Those are not stellar numbers, but considering how much playing time he gets and his all-around game, it isn’t hard for Green to rack up the fantasy points in a hurry.  He has a great matchup tonight against a Dallas team that gives up 102 points a night and struggles on the boards.  Look for double-digit points, a solid rebounding total and a few defensive numbers.

C: Chris Kaman ($13,362): Kaman has been all over the board recently.  His last game was a 28-point, 17-rebound and 6-assist outburst.  However, in the game prior, he had just 2 points and 1 rebound, as he showed up late against the Bucks.  It seems likely that Pau Gasol will be out again, which means 30+ minutes for Kaman.  The Trailblazers are big up front, with Robin Lopez and a healthy LaMarcus Aldridgewhich means Kaman will have to play big minutes.  If he can manage to stay on Mike D’Antoni’s good side, he should be a near lock for a double-double.
