On a busy night in the NBA we take an abbreviated look at a few good plays in tonight’s Draftstreet salary cap game.

PG: Jeff Teague ($13,080): After a two game slump, Teague has returned to form over his last three games by averaging 17 points, 8 assists and 4 rebounds.  In those games he is shooting just shy of 49% from the floor and has made 4 three pointers in those games.  Tonight he gets to play Charlotte who is solid defensively but played on Sunday and allowed Brandon Knight to go for 21 points, 8 rebounds and 7 assists.  Considering the back to back games, Charlotte's defense last game and how well Teague has been playing, he should be a great value tonight.

SG: Jerryd Bayless ($7,946): Bayless should see an uptick in playing time and production tonight assuming Boston holds to its word and keeps sitting Rajon Rondo on back to backs.  He has struggled in his past four games but prior to that Bayless had seven straight games in double figure scoring.  In his matchup tonight, Bayless takes on a Dallas team that regularily gives up over 100 points and is especially bad against the opposing point guard.  Again, assuming Rondo is out Bayless should be a highly owned player for his low price.

SF: Paul George ($17,017): Stop me if you have heard this before: take players who play Philadelphia!  The Pacers are the lucky team tonight who get to abuse the Sixers who are by the worst defensive team in the NBA and give up well over 100 points a night. In their meeting last week George had 25 points, 6 assists, 4 rebounds, 2 steals and 1 block to round out a great fantasy night.  He has shot the ball much better recently which means his scoring will skyrocket and that should be a great boost for his fantasy value.  Consider him a lock tonight.

PF: Dirk Nowitzki ($14,734): If you have read my picks in the past you know that I love the consistency that Nowitzki brings to the table each night.  He is a near lock to hit his season averages of 21 points, 6 rebounds and 2.7 assists each night.  That should be even easier for him to do tonight against a Boston team who is not a great power forward defending team and is on a back to back road set after taking on New Orleans last night.  For a player that won’t break the bank, Nowitzki’s consistency is too great to pass up tonight.

C: DeAndre Jordan ($15,762): The league’s leading rebounder has a matchup with the small frontline of Denver tonight.  The Nuggets do have a red hot Kenneth Faried, but outside of Mozgov, they don’t boast anyone over 6’10” tall meaning Jordan should have his way on the boards.  He also has recorded a block in 12 of his past 13 games, including 6 last week against Golden State.  With Chris Paul back healthy and Lob City back in full swing look for a monster double-double tonight from the Clippers center.
