NBA DFS: Top Daily Fantasy Expert Picks for DraftKings, FanDuel (4/10/25)

Anthony Edwards - NBA DFS Lineup Picks, Fantasy Basketball Rankings

Free daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for today's slate on DraftKings and FanDuel. Use Dan's NBA DFS expert picks to building winning DFS lineups on April 10, 2025.

It's a tidy little five-game slate here tonight, and after Thursday's games, we have only two more regular-season slates on Friday and Sunday before the NBA playoffs start!

Two of the five games mean something to both teams involved, so targeting those makes sense. However, we can't ignore the value from some of the other games either, as the Cavs are resting nearly everyone, and some of the other teams on this slate may do the same.

This article will provide my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings and FanDuel on 4/10/25. Remember to monitor NBA injury news and our excellent NBA injuries report tool, as the slate can completely change before lineups lock at 7:00 p.m. EST on DraftKings and FanDuel.

Today's NBA DFS Core Picks

Anthony Edwards, MIN - SG/SF ($9.5K DK, $9.3K FD)

Edwards and the Wolves want to win this game for seeding purposes, and both the total and spread here suggest that Vegas thinks this will be high-scoring and close. We have seen ANT play heavy minutes in those scenarios, often pushing up towards 40 minutes.

He's been super steady lately, scoring 40+ DK points in five straight. Memphis has been notorious this season for its lack of defense. With the lack of other superstars on this slate, it makes sense to start the lineup with ANT and get a piece of this game.

Cade Cunningham, DET - PG ($10.5K DK, $10.4K FD)

The point guard position is loaded today with value (more on that soon), but I think spending up on Cade here makes sense since we will want a piece of this Knicks-Pistons game, which is the other game that matters for the standings.

Cade, when healthy, is a good bet for 50 DK points, and we should note that the Knicks are without two of their starters who could have been used to guard Cunningham (OG Anunoby and Josh Hart). I think Cade has a big game tonight against a Knicks' defense that is a shell of its former self this season.

Zach Edey, MEM - C ($5.5K DK, $6.4K FD)

The rookie big man is finally showcasing his talents and flashing his ceiling with reliable minutes under new Grizzlies coach Tuomas Iisalo.

Edey is playing around 30 minutes a night now and crashing the boards in a big way!

His rebounding numbers have allowed him to go over 40 DK points in three of his last four.

While some might want to avoid Rudy Gobert's defense, I'd rather target him with Edey here as Gobert plays most of his time on the floor inside the paint and will keep Edey close to the basket where he can gobble up rebounds.

Today's NBA DFS Pivots

Jarrett Allen, CLE - PF/C ($6.5K DK, $7.6K FD)

Allen is the only Cavs starter who is not resting tonight, so I expect him to help pick up some of the slack in the scoring department.

He's usually the last option on the floor on offense and gets most of his points on lobs and putbacks, but the Cavs could choose to feature him in the post tonight, where Myles Turner will be hard-pressed to stop him.

Mikal Bridges, NYK - SG/SF ($5.7K DK, $6.8K FD)

With Hart and Anunoby out, Bridges should play 40+ minutes on the wing, and I would expect him to get up a bunch of shots, too, as the only other real scoring option besides Towns and Brunson.

In fact, he might be asked to initiate the offense more often, especially if the Knicks decide to stagger his minutes with Brunson a bit, giving him some added upside in assists. He feels too cheap for a player who is most assuredly going to play 40 minutes tonight in a close game.

Today's NBA DFS Value Picks

Ty Jerome, CLE - PG ($4.7K DK, $5.9K FD)

I expect Jerome to take control of the offense for the Cavs. We have seen him put up some silly numbers this season when filling in for Mitchell and/or Garland, and his per-36 numbers back that claim up. He's almost 6K on FanDuel, but that's still too cheap for his expected role tonight.

Reece Beekman, BKN - PG ($4.3K DK; $4.5K FD)

The Nets are without the vast majority of their starters, including their starting backcourt. Beekman has started the last two games and logged 31 and 25 DK points, respectively. He's an easy plug-and-play tonight, especially on FD, where you can play two point guards.

De'Andre Hunter, CLE - SF/PF ($4.3K DK, $5.4K FD)

Hunter should be the other big beneficiary for Cleveland with the other starters out. He's far too cheap for an increased role, and we know he can fill up the score sheet when he becomes a primary option.

Drew Timme, BKN - PF/C ($4.6K DK, $5.0K FD)

Timme is a fun story as he went from a four-year college player who was undrafted to working his way through the G-League.

Now he's getting his chance on the tanking Nets and has been putting up double-doubles when given the minutes. His price is still fair, and he helps make room for multiple studs at other positions.

Kevin Porter Jr., MIL - PG/SG ($4.3K DK, $6.7K FD)

KPJ has gone over 40 DK points in three straight and is the guard to roster for Milwaukee with Damian Lillard out. If Giannis Antetokounmpo were to miss tonight, then KPJ becomes the most important cheap guard to roster.

His FD price is jacked up, but you could still argue he's a value there as he's gone 6x on that price recently!
