PrizePicks has two types of games. The first type of game is known as Fantasy Score, which consists of selecting various players and trying to determine if they will go over or under their projected fantasy points in a game. The second game is known as Single Stat. For NBA, Single Stat consists of points, rebounds, assists, three-pointers made, and free throws made, in which you determine if the player in question will go over or under their projected total. You can mix and match players from each type of game in your entry or select all of your plays from the same type of game. Once you have selected your players and props, you can choose the aforementioned flex play or power play option. Today, we will look at some single-stat scores for Friday, March 3rd.

Single Stat NBA Totals - DFS Prop Picks

Terry Rozier OVER 34.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists: No LaMelo Ball is the leading factor here and will be why Terry Rozier, Gordon Hayward, and Kelly Oubre are involved in so many parlays for the next couple weeks. Oubre shines in these situations as the ‘now-starting-X-factor,’ but Rozier is the one that will have the ball in his hands for most of the night. We can benefit from Oubre taking an excess of shots, but Rozier will initiate and Orlando’s guards struggle against players who can score on all three levels.
Jalen Brunson OVER 33.5 Points+Rebounds+Assists: If I sold you on Terry Rozier (I didn’t) then this Jalen Brunson pick speaks for itself. If Rozier’s line is a product of injury and potential, Brunson’s line doesn’t make much sense with how incredible some of his performances have been this season. There are just three games out of his last 14 that he failed to surpass at least 30 Pts+Rebs+Asts and all three have come in the last week. The line is reflective of his recent play but not exactly the current situation in New York. Brunson and Randle dominate the offense and every night is just waiting for one of the two to get hot and make the work easy for everyone else. The Heat defense is much more intimidating on paper because they limit peripheral stats, but that means nothing when it comes to actually limiting Brunson.
Kevin Durant OVER 22.5 Points: Kevin Durant likes to score. The overs for his projected lines, 1.5 for Blks+Stls, 1.5 3PT-Made, and 30.5 Pts+Rebs+Asts, are also viable, but when his projection for points is this low and he’s already a focal point in the offense, not betting it is almost leaving money on the table. Anyone who has gambled on basketball for longer than a day understands that nothing is a guarantee, hence ‘almost,’ but if Durant is healthy and his line stays the same, nothing about his most recent outing with the Suns hints that he won't still be the volatile scorer he always been, just now in purple and orange.
Other Recommendations – Jalen Williams OVER 17.5 Points, Nikola Jokic OVER 23.5 Points, Devin Booker OVER 5.5 Assists, Spencer Dinwiddie OVER 6.0 Assists.
