FanDuel DFS Guards

Stephen Curry (at SAC, $10,500)

I generally avoid recommending Stephen Curry because he rarely hits value. His price tag is extremely high, and a lot of the time the Golden State Warriors are winning by enough that Curry sits the fourth quarter. On top of that, he has been injured. So, why play him? Well, the Sacramento Kings love to push the pace of the game, and they are horrendous against both guard positions. If the Kings keep this game close, Curry, and most likely Klay Thompson too, are going to pop off. In his last 10 games, Curry only posted over 50 fantasy points once. It happened to be against the Sacramento Kings. He scored over 55 fantasy points in only 30 minutes on the court. Imagine what he can do in a close game. Roll the dice tonight.

Victor Oladipo (vs WAS, $6,000)

With Elfrid Payton currently injured, Victor Oladipo has really taken the Orlando Magic team and put them on his back. He has over 30 fantasy points in all of his last three games, and four of his last five. He is simply too cheap. The Washington Wizards are going to push the pace and neglect to play much defense. Oladipo should continue to score right around 35 fantasy points per game. He is one of the safest options on the board, as long as Payton continues to sit out. Currently, he is questionable with a left ankle injury. If he does play, Oladipo still makes for a solid option, as he is playing well regardless of the injury right now.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Pau Gasol (at ATL, $9,000)

Pau Gasol is playing early today, but if you are going to play the early slate, you will not want to avoid him. He has been great since the loss of Joakim Noah. In his last three games, Gasol is averaging around 48 fantasy points per game. He is also playing around 35 minutes per game, which is quite a significant increase from the 25-30 he was playing while Noah was still on the court. Gasol gets a great matchup tonight against the Atlanta Hawks, and he should be able to take care of business. He is more expensive than Andre Drummond tonight, which is definitely saying something, but he is worth every penny, especially considering he is part of the small slate today. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Bobby Portis (at ATL, $3,900)

Bobby Portis is also playing in the early games today, obviously. He is a great upside play for tournaments, but he can also be used in 50/50 contests considering the size of the slate for the early games. Portis is scoring slightly under 20 fantasy points per game on average over his last few games, and he should continue to score right around that. However, he also has huge upside. The Atlanta Hawks are not a great defensive team, especially against big men, so Portis has a shot to explode. In his last 10 games, he has four over 20 fantasy points, one of which is over 35 fantasy points. For under $4,000, Portis is a great player to gamble on.

FanDuel DFS Centers

Andre Drummond (vs BKN, $8,900)

In his last two games, Andre Drummond played over 30 minutes in both of them. He gets a fantastic matchup tonight against the Brooklyn Nets, and there is no reason that he would not see his minutes return to normal. The Nets are horrible against the center position, and Drummond is the best center in the league. DeMarcus Cousins can obviously be used, but Drummond is too cheap. He is back under $9,000, and I will gamble on him every single time his price is this low. In his last 10 games, he has a game over 70 fantasy points, a game over 55 fantasy points, a game over 45 fantasy points, and a game over 40 fantasy points. He is a great rebounder and a focal point of the Detroit Pistons offense. Use him in tournaments tonight.
