NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 12/7/15

Jason Bales highlights the top NBA DFS lineup picks for 12/7/15, as well as a couple of sleepers to keep in mind while building your roster on FanDuel.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for DraftKings for 12/7/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Isaiah Thomas (at NO, $7,800) 

Isaiah Thomas looked great in his last two games, and he should continue to play well tonight against the New Orleans Pelicans. The Pelicans are one of the worst teams in the league at defending opposing point guards, and Thomas is a very effective scorer. In his last game against the San Antonio Spurs, he scored 23 points, assisted the ball 8 times, and grabbed 4 rebounds. This totaled 41.8 fantasy points. The game prior to that, Thomas played even better, scoring 48.7 fantasy points. While he is a bit of a risk, Thomas gets a good enough matchup that he can be used in 50/50 contests tonight. Do not use him in 50/50 contests often, but tonight is definitely an exception.

Tyreke Evans (vs BOS, $7,500) 

Tyreke Evans took little time getting adjusted to the NBA after returning from injury earlier this season. He has played in three games now, and he scored over 30 fantasy points in all three of those games. In his first game back against the Memphis Grizzlies, Evans showed his tremendous upside, scoring 20 points, dishing out 10 assists, and grabbing 5 rebounds. He scored 42 fantasy points on the first game he played this season. He will continue to play 30 plus minutes tonight, and he should continue to score 30 plus fantasy points tonight. The Celtics rarely play defense against the guard positions, so use Evans in any format.

 

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Nicolas Batum (vs DET, $7,300) 

Nicolas Batum is one of the best and most consistent small forwards in the league. In his last game against the Chicago Bulls, he scored 24 points, grabbed 11 rebounds, and assisted the ball five times. This totaled 43.7 fantasy points. He should see similar numbers tonight against the Detroit Pistons. The Pistons are one of the worst teams in the league against the small forward position, and Batum is going to take advantage of that. Despite a couple of poor performances in his last 10 games, Batum is usually rather consistent, so he can definitely be used in 50/50 contests tonight. This game should stay close, so Batum should see around 35 minutes tonight. He is a dangerous scorer with the ability to fill the stat sheet.

Kristaps Porzingis (vs DAL, $7,100) 

Kristaps Porzingis got into foul trouble in his last game against the Milwaukee Bucks and only played 22 minutes. This resulted in a 16.9 fantasy point night for the New York Knicks' beloved rookie. However, this is unlikely to happen again. Porzingis has huge upside, and he is actually rather consistent. It is likely that he scores over 30 fantasy points tonight, and he has the ability to score 50 plus if Carmelo Anthony is not shooting well. The Dallas Mavericks are not going to be able to contain the Knicks' power forward, and he should easily pick up the double-double, as he can definitely out rebound Dirk Nowitzki. Use Porzingis in both tournaments and 50/50 contests tonight.

 

FanDuel DFS Centers

Karl-Anthony Towns (vs LAC, $6,900)

In his last game against the Portland Trailblazers, Karl-Anthony Towns absolutely dominated the glass and scored at will. With 27 points and 12 rebounds, he totaled 45.4 fantasy points, which is incredible considering his price tag. He is a very inconsistent player, but he is well worth his salary in tournaments. He has over 40 fantasy points in two of his last 10 games, and he also has over 30 fantasy points in three other games. 30 fantasy points is all he needs to hit value, so he has about a 50 percent chance of hitting value with a 25 percent chance of crushing value. That sounds great to me. Avoid him entirely in 50/50 contests.
