NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 12/2/15

As far as NBA Wednesday's go, the nine-game slate we have tonight is a little on the lighter side. Nonetheless, there are plenty of players to consider (and include) in your FanDuel lineups tonight.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for FanDuel for 12/2/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Before we jump into my picks, I want to point out that the Wizards, the Sixers, the Suns, the Lakers and the Pelicans all played last night. Be wary of tired legs and limited minutes. In terms of the insights Vegas lines provide us with, take a closer look at these games with high projected point totals: Golden State at Charlotte (212), New Orleans at Houston (212) and Los Angeles at Washington (206). Let's get to it, shall we?

FanDuel DFS Point Guards

John Wall (vs LAL, $8,100)

I'm a little weary about using Wall tonight seeing as he went completely off last night. That said, he still should exceed his price implied value and his minutes and usage projection give him a high floor, making him an excellent cash game play. Of all the teams in play tonight, no squad gives up more points to opposing point guards than the Lakers do.

Isaiah Canaan (at NYK, $4,400)

It's a bit shocking to still see Canaan priced so low, seeing that his usage and minutes have risen and his fantasy production has been consistently in the 21-25 point range in recent contests. Over the past 10 games, he's exceeded his price implied value six times and I think he's a safe bet to do so again tonight. He's a complete steal at this price and the Knicks have been very giving when it comes to opposing point guard production.

Also Consider: Jerryd Bayless (at SAN, $4,600)

FanDuel DFS Shooting Guards

DeMar Derozan (at ATL, $7,500)

Of the top two-guards playing this evening, DeRozan not only has one of the highest floors, but ceilings as well in his matchup against the Hawks. DeMar is always a safe bet for 35+ minutes and he currently owns the highest usage rate of any shooting guard not named James Harden - and he's $3,300 cheaper The Beard. What makes this matchup so appealing is that no team in play tonight gives up more points to opposing two-guards than Atlanta.

Jimmy Butler (vs DEN, $8,300)

Jimmy is one of my hunch plays this evening in that I think he'll bounce back from a relatively poor performance his last time out. But, I'll back this selection up with stats, too, as my GPP projection model likes him quite a bit as well. The Bulls have rested legs, Jimmy should play more than 35 minutes and his current usage rate (22) suggests he will see more opportunities than most of the shooting guards in play this evening that did not have a game Tuesday night. In addition to that, his 21.1 PER is third among active two-guards for Wednesday. In other words, The Jimmy makes the most of his opportunity and I think he'll exceed his price implied value this evening with relative ease.

Value Play: Klay Thompson (at CHR, $5,900)

FanDuel DFS Small Forwards

Nicolas Batum (vs GSW, $6,900)

Of all the small forwards in play tonight, Batum's usage rate is only surpassed by Kawhi Leonard and Robert Covington. What it came down to for me when deciphering between the three was that the pace and high projected point total in Batum's matchup are too much to ignore. While Covington's price is slightly lower, he also played last night and faces a defense that has done pretty well in locking down opposing small forwards. Batum's price is also much more favorable than Leonard's at $9,100.

Value Play: Thabo Sefolosha (vs TOR, $4,200)

FanDuel DFS Power Forwards

Kristaps Porzingis (vs PHI, $7,200)

My projection model - which looks at things like Vegas lines, PER, usage rate, minutes, efficiency and opponent defense, to name a few - likes no player more than Three Six Latvia on Wednesday night. He has a pretty high floor for someone priced below 8K and his ceiling is almost non-existent tonight. He's a complete bargain at this price and should be able to take advantage of a tired Philadelphia defense that allows a ton of points to opposing power forwards.

Also Consider: Anthony Davis (at HOU, $10,800)

Value Play: Marvin Williams (vs GSW, $5,000)

FanDuel DFS Centers

Marcin Gortat (vs LAL, $5,900)

If you need to punt or same some money in the middle, Bismack is your guy tonight. His price implied point total is only 13 and I think he cruises past that with ease. If you're going for the gusto in a GPP, however, Gortat is absolutely worth your consideration. It's amazing he's priced below 6K when you consider his recent production and the fact the Lakers are absymal at defending the paint. No team in play tonight allows more points to opposing centers than Los Angeles. In his last 10 contest, Gortat has exceeded his implied value in six of them. I think he has a great shot to do so again in DC tonight.

Value Play: Bismack Biyombo (at ATL, $3,900)
