NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 12/15/15

By Keith Allison [CC-BY-SA-2.0 (http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/2.0)], via Wikimedia Commons

Tom Bellucco highlights the top NBA DFS lineup picks for 12/15/15, as well as a couple of sleepers to keep in mind while building your roster on FanDuel.

Only four games this Tuesday, so finding ways to be unique will be important if you're a tournament player. Finding that bench player who goes off for 7x value might be what gets you a good chunk of change by the end of the night. Let's see if we can find someone like that.

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for FanDuel for 12/15/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Without wasting anymore time, let's get down to it!

FanDuel DFS Point Guards

Darren Collison (vs HOU, $5,000)

The point guard position is pretty cut-and-dry on Tuesday. Collison will be starting in place of Rajon Rondo, who's serving his one-game suspension. With the amount of minutes that the backup guard will likely get, this price tag is too low to ignore. The matchup and pace of the game look nice too.

Jameer Nelson (at MIN, $4,200)

News came out on Monday that Emmanuel Mudiay will likely miss some time. With that being the case, Jameer Nelson becomes a must-start until further notice. His price is still very low, and at matchup against the Timberwolves should keep the flow of the game relatively fast. Tuesday is a great night to save at point guard.

FanDuel DFS Shooting Guards

James Harden (at SAC, $10,700)

Here's where I won't be getting cute. Harden is the best play on the board in what should be another fast-paced game for him. It's almost better if he struggles on Monday, because he seems to never have two below-average games in a row. The only issue here is a potential blowout, but the Rockets are not as good as they were last year. We'll see if Sacramento can keep it close.

O.J. Mayo (at LAL, $4,900)

With two of Milwaukee's backcourt guards out with injuries for a few games, Mayo should continue to rack up minutes at the point guard position. He has cooled down in his past few contests, but he likes to shoot the ball. A game against the Lakers at this price is not something I'm going to pass up.

FanDuel DFS Small Forwards

LeBron James (at BOS, $10,400)

All of this value let's us go with the two big studs of the night. LeBron had some cramping on Friday, but a nice 3-day rest should be just what the doctor ordered for the old man. Boston likes to up the tempo, so that should mean more shots for James. Let's be honest, who's gonna cover this guy?

Omri Casspi (vs HOU, $4,700)

Someone call FanDuel and tell them that Casspi is playing 40 minutes a game. OK so that's not something we can expect every single game, but 30 certainly seems like the floor. Casspi has been doing it all lately, and he should get a small bump in usage with Rondo out. Go ahead and use Casspi at a great price in a fast-paced shootout.

FanDuel DFS Power Forwards

Jabari Parker (at LAL, $5,000)

We've been waiting for Parker to start putting it all together, and we got a glimpse of it on Saturday. He's getting 25-30 minutes consistently now, and the Lakers are not the best against opposing big men. Hopefully Parker can get on a roll.

Terrence Jones (at SAC, $5,200)

I don't love much about the power forward options on Tuesday. I especially don't love Terrence Jones now that Donatas Motiejunas is playing again. So why am I putting him in my lineup? Well, it's all about saving money for that last spot. I'm taking a chance here in a tournament so that I can roster Boogie. Jones still has a chance to hit value, although I'm not overly expecting it with his cohort back in the lineup.

FanDuel DFS Centers

DeMarcus Cousins (vs HOU, $9,800)

Cousins' last two games are starting to give us promise. He scored 43.4 FDP a week ago and 44.2 FDP on Friday. A fast-paced game like this one gives Boogie a big opportunity to go nuts. Give some of Rondo's shots to him, and we have a dream spot for Cousins. The lineup allowed me to take this route, so go with the stars and scrubs and see if you hit big. In cash games, you're probably safer picking two of the three.
