NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 12/1/15

Well, I’ve been playing DraftKings for the past couple of weeks now. Not by choice. However, for the pleasure of the people, I’m going to look at prices on my phone instead of my browser and fight the tears in order to provide FanDuel advice anyways.

We have a nice six-game slate on Tuesday night. That’s just enough for a good amount of variety with players, but it’s not an overwhelming amount that makes it seem impossible to find the perfect combination of players. Gauging the pace in some of these matchups could prove difficult, as teams will attempt to slow each other down and speed each other up. Regardless, let’s try to find some value.

Here are your FanDuel picks for 12/1/2015.

Guards with High Value on FanDuel

Isaiah Canaan (PHI, PG) - $4,400

It seems like yesterday we were saying this about T.J. McConnell, but the price hasn’t caught up with this starting Sixers guard yet. Canaan can shoot the three ball well, and he’s playing well above 30 minutes lately. Production should be there against a poor Lakers team, so fire him up in all lineups.

Bradley Beal (WAS, SG) - $7,000

When healthy, Beal is a steal at 7K. That’s never a given, and there’s no guarantee he finishes the game that he starts either. He seems to go down with some kind of injury, usually minor, every time out. Still, he gets a ton of shots in this offense, the Wizards are pushing the ball this year, and he’ll help in other categories. Beal is a good tournament play at this price on a night when there isn’t a ton going on at SG.

Honorable Mentions: Brandon Knight (PHO, PG), Mo Williams (CLE, PG), Victor Oladipo (ORL, SG)

Forwards with High Value on FanDuel

Jeff Green (MEM, SF) - $4,700

Green has gotten 30 or more minutes in six of the last nine games. He hits the boards hard and gets the occasional block and steal. Points can be hard to come by on some nights, but he should get a good amount of shots against the Pelicans. Green can be played in cash and tournament lineups.

Andrew Nicholson (ORL, PF) - $3,900

The fact that I went to college with this kid is likely the reason why I’ll be on him before anybody else. Still, you can’t argue with his recent numbers. Nicholson is consistently getting 25ish minutes. During those minutes he’s ripping down rebounds and putting in shots at a good rate. He only needs 20 FDP to hit value, and he should be able to surpass that mightily against Minnesota on Tuesday. And hey, Go Bonas!

Honorable Mentions: Robert Covington (PHI, SF), Rondae Hollis-Jefferson (BKN, SF), Kevin Love (CLE, PF), Jerami Grant (PHI, PF) [If Nerlens Noel is out]

Centers with High Value on FanDuel

Jahlil Okafor (PHI, C) - $6,400

Nene should be out again for the Wizards, so I like Marcin Gortat a lot Tuesday too. However, Okafor has the higher upside here. The Lakers don’t defend big men all that well, and the Sixers’ center is due for a big regression game in the points department. He should easily collect a double-double with the opportunity for much, much more.

Honorable Mentions: Marcin Gortat (WAS, C), Zaza Pachulia (DAL, C)
