NBA Daily Fantasy Lineup Picks - FanDuel DFS Basketball Advice for 12/03/15

In this article, I will be providing you with Daily NBA picks for Fanduel for 12/3/15. The picks will range from some of the elite players, to mid-priced options, and value plays.

Tonight there were actually a few really really cheap value plays that I think will be very under owned, and will definitely help you win some money tonight

Good luck and feel free to hit me up on twitter @udontknowziplow with any DFS questions

FanDuel DFS Point Guards

George Hill (at POR, $6,300)

Solid batch of point guards to choose from tonight, but none of them have a great matchup, and Kyle Lowry is on the second night of a back-to-back (after playing 37 minutes last night). I think Hill is way under priced due to his recent injury, so take advantage of it while you can. He’s going against the defenseless back court of the Portland Trailblazers and should have no issues reaching value tonight.

Russell Westbrook (at MIA, $11,000)

I know I just said none of the point guards have great matchups tonight, but Russell Westbrook is matchup proof. His price is a little expensive, but there are plenty of value options (that I’ll get to) to spend the big bucks here. Oklahoma City hasn’t played since Monday, so expect Russell to be running early and often. The Heat are generally old and slow, which bodes well for Russ, who is a literally a one man fast break.  I’m only choosing Westbrook over Durant because there are a lot more options at Small Forward tonight.

FanDuel DFS Shooting Guards

Gerald Green (vs OKC, $3,700)

If the Heat are going to compete with the Thunder tonight they will need to score, preferably from the three point line every once in a while. Unfortunately, the Heat don’t have a lot of great perimeter shooters- that is, other than Gerald Green. Green was out with a mysterious illness and an equally mysterious suspension, but now he’s back, and I’m not sure if FanDuel has noticed yet. His price is below $4,000 which means he has to only score 24 FD points to get 6x value! Last week he scored over 20 FD points twice, and that’s enough for me to be very optimistic about tonight. If his shot is falling Gerald Green will win you some money tonight.

Avery Bradley (at SAC, $6,000)

With Marcus Smart out, Avery Bradley has taken on a much larger role on the offensive end, which has given his DFS value a big boost. I don’t think his price has quite caught up with his current value, and think he’ll be pretty overlooked tonight. He has a great matchup against Sacramento, and he’s scored over 30 FD points in three of his last six games.

FanDuel DFS Small Forwards

Omri Casspi (vs BOS , $4,200)

Another great value play tonight, Casspi has a severely low price for a guy who is playing around 30 minutes a game every night. Tonight is a pretty good match up for Casspi against the Celtics who do have a few good perimeter defenders, but none with Casspi’s size. The Kings like to run lineups with Rudy Gay, DeMarcus Cousins, and Omri Casspi together which should put Casspi in a sizable mismatch, assuming Jae Crowder is on Rudy Gay. Not only will Casspi be able to take his man inside, but will be nearly impossible to close out on at 6’9”. Casspi only needs to get 20 FD points to reach value, which he has done in his last four games. Lastly, he’ll be criminally under owned tonight, so if he has over 30 FD points (which he did last week) you’ll be in a great position to cash.

Gordon Hayward (vs ORL , $6,500)

Mark my words - this will be the last week Gordon Hayward is priced below $7,000. He has definitely had a disappointing season so far from a DFS standpoint, but it looks like that game against Golden State the other night may have been the catalyst fantasy owners have been waiting for. While he only scored 36 FD points, he played great, and it’s always a confidence booster when you compete with a historically-great team down to the wire.  Hayward isn’t dependent on scoring to be successful in DFS, but if he gets hot tonight could be his breakout of the 2015-16’ season.

FanDuel DFS Power Forwards

Chris Bosh (vs OKC, $7,900)

Although there are a handful of big names at power forward tonight, I found it to be the most difficult position to fill after digging a little deeper into game logs. I’ll take one of the highest totals of the night and go with the proven star. I think Chris Bosh not only has the highest floor of the top guys at power forward, but also the highest ceiling.  Bosh hasn’t had a huge scoring night in a week or two, and the law of averages says it has to come eventually. Tonight should be a great opportunity with the inevitable high pace and high scoring these two teams should produce.

Andrew Nicholson (at UTA, $4,000)

Another bargain to make sure you can fit all those big names tonight! FanDuel hasn’t increased Nicholson’s price nearly enough for his recent production. He’s scored over 20 FD points in three of his last five games, and that should continue tonight against Utah. The Jazz will be one of the few teams Orlando plays that feature two traditional bigs, and will have to rely on Nicholson for even more minutes than usual.  Although his ceiling isn’t very high, he’ll almost certainly reach 5x value, and will allow you to spend big money on multiple stars.

FanDuel DFS Centers

DeMarcus Cousins (vs BOS, $10,600)

DeMarcus Cousins is my number one pick of the night. The Celtics have possibly the smallest front court in the league, and this game has the highest game total of the night (214.5!). Oh, and also DeMarcus Cousins is really really good at basketball.  I think he’ll be the highest FD scorer on the night, and although he’ll be highly owned, that shouldn’t deter you from rostering him- you might not be able to win without him.  In his last game he accumulated 50.8 FD points, and I honestly think that’s on the very low end of what we should expect tonight.
