Jason Bales highlights the top NBA DFS lineup picks for 4/18/16, as well as a couple of sleepers to keep in mind while building your roster on FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Guards

James Harden (at GS, $10,300)

Readers were not happy with last article's James Harden recommendation, and rightfully so, but he is making a return tonight. Fantasy is not about chasing fantasy points. Fantasy is about predicting the outcome with the most upside night in and night out. Tonight, that upside is found in playing James Harden. The entire Houston Rocket's offense struggled last game against the Golden State Warriors, but they should rebound. Harden is going to keep his team alive, or they will fail with him shooting his heart out. Stephen Curry is questionable tonight, and if he does not play, Harden should have an easier time getting open.

Shaun Livingston (vs HOU, $3,500)

Speaking of Stephen Curry possibly not playing tonight against the Houston Rockets, if he does not decide to suit up, get ready to jump on the Shaun Livingston bandwagon. Curry did not practice on Sunday, as his ankle is likely sprained, and the Golden State Warriors may keep him out after embarrassing the Rockets in the first game of the series. Livingston will see huge minutes, and it is almost impossible to find cheap, or value, plays during the playoffs. This could be a huge salary relief play, as long as the reigning MVP does not tough it out.

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Draymond Green (vs HOU, $8,900)

This play is also kind of contingent on Stephen Curry's playing status. If Curry is out tonight, Draymond Green is going to see a lot more shot opportunities. The offense will run through him more often as well, so he will get a few more assist opportunities. In his last game, he posted 41 fantasy points in 33 minutes on the court. He is rebounding, scoring, blocking, and stealing the ball well right now. The Warriors are in hustle mode, as are the rest of the competing playoff teams, so steals and blocks are more prevalent from defensive stars. Green is one of those stars. Use him in both 50/50 contests and tournaments.

Justin Anderson (at OKC, $3,800)

Justin Anderson did only see 18 minutes in the first game of the series, but that is more than most cheap forward options are seeing this postseason. Anderson posted over 10 fantasy points, scoring five points, assisting the ball twice, and grabbing three rebounds. The last game of the regular season, he played 30 minutes and posted over 20 fantasy points. That is possible tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder, but it is unlikely. Regardless, there is not a better cheap forward option on the board, so either pay up or stick it out with the up-and-down Anderson.

Jonas Valanciunas (vs IND, $6,100)

Jonas Valanciunas is one of the best upside centers in the entire league, especially considering the center talent this postseason. JV posted over 35 fantasy points in 21 minutes of action in his last game. The Indiana Pacers are not going to be able to defend him, especially if he continues to shoot and rebound the way he has been. He has over 30 fantasy points in three straight games now, and he should continue to play well. His price tag is still pretty low, and he has just as much upside as Dwight Howard does.
