Recent Update

1 month agoTexas Rangers starting pitcher Joe Palumbo allowed seven earned runs, six hits and three walks with one strikeout over just two innings in a loss against the Cleveland Indians on Wednesday in his second career start. He also hit a batter while managing first-pitch strikes to just six of the 15 batters he faced. Manager Chris Woodward said the Indians sat on Palumbo's fastball and apparently learned from studying his first start against the Oakland A's. If he remains with the big club, his next scheduled start would come next Tuesday in Detroit.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
