Recent Update

5/24:Tampa Bay Rays shortstop Willy Adames will be sent back down to Triple-A Friday. Adames was called up to the majors as cover while Joey Wendle was on the paternity list. So far through two games, Adames has one major league hit, a home run in his debut on Tuesday. Adames profiles as a future power /speed guy who could develop into something close to a 20/20 player for fantasy owners. It is now clear that Adames is the next middle infielder the Rays will call upon. However, with Adeiny Hechavarria due back from the disabled list soon, we may not see Adames get regularly playing time for a little while. Unless you have a deep bench, Adames should be dropped in most mixed redraft leagues.--Ben Rolfe - RotoBaller
