Recent Update

4/24:Baltimore Orioles outfielder Trey Mancini has begun to cool off after his blazing start to the season. On Sunday night against the Red Sox, he earned a golden sombrero with an 0-for-4, three-strikeout performance. He is now two for his last 17 at the plate (.118), though one of those hits did leave the yard. The power development is new for Mancini; he was mainly a high-average hitter in the minors with a little power. He still may be able to provide some pop while he’s slumping, but he should only be rostered in deeper leagues with his inconsistent playing time. Congratulations if you picked him up while he was hot, but it looks like the ride may be coming to an end.--Ben Ruppert - RotoBaller
