Recent Update

6/4:Atlanta Braves outfielder Danny Santana offered unexpected production in right field as outfielder Nick Markakis received a day to rest Sunday. Santana, who has served in a valuable utility role, batted in the seven spot for Atlanta. He found a much-needed rhythm with the bat in a 4-for-5 performance from the plate. Scoring three runs and driving in a trio, Santana played a major role in the Braves win. He will soon return to his bench role, but with six hits and six RBI over the past six games, he is looking at a growing role following injuries.--Michael Collins - RotoBaller
